We want you to be more than satisfied with your purchase. If thats not the case will gladly accept returns or exchanges on all items except- Underwear and cosmetic products. Underwear and cosmetic items are FINAL SALE. We are taking about lingerie here and personal hygiene of all our customers.

Underwear and cosmetic products (fragrance and skin care) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale Items
All sale items are FINAL SALE. If we receive a returned sale item or items, the package will be returned to you along with a notification email.
Returns & Exchanges
Please ensure that your items are eligible for a return request – they must be: unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging in the same conditions that you received them, within 14 days after you received your delivery. Please note that underwear are NOT eligible for a return. Exchangeable items must include a written request stating what new item/size you would like in place of your original purchase item. Shipping of returns and exchanges is at customers expense.
